The Council for Union County Families is offering this 12 week long class for parents looking to build a more positive relationship with their children.
The Chicago Parent Program is a 12-session, group-based program designed to equip parents with skills to build positive relationships, manage challenging behaviors, and reduce stress, ultimately leading to improved family dynamics and child well-being. Led by a trained facilitator, participants will watch content videos, engage in group discussions, and have a chance to act out scenarios through role play. Weekly handouts are provided to help with at home implementation of skills learned.
